SMS Terms

Program name: Backline Studio Notifications.

What you'll receive: messages related to your request — for example, a link to hear your AI receptionist demo, a follow-up about your inquiry, account or service updates, and occasional product news from Backline Studio. We do not send third-party marketing.

Message frequency: recurring messages, frequency varies based on your activity. Typically you can expect a small number of messages per request (often one to three).

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and we will stop sending you SMS messages. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.

Supported on major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in information or your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. You agree to notify us if your number changes or is no longer yours.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
